About

The journey began in the Twin Cities, a week after The December Blizzard of 2010,  and has continued each year to Northern CA,   southern India (Chennai, Ananda ashram), and  the north (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur), and in later years, Varanasi and Chiang Mai, before returning to the Twin Cities as winter diminishes.
Recently, first with children more far-flung, in the West, and then with the sudden dawning that the  East was too much of a journey/destination,  I’ve added Western destinations, most significantly, Athens.

The journey is the destination – or so says someone’s email footnote. Blessings as you begin your travels and many thanks for taking us along. Peace!

    Ma chère amie,
I laughed and laughed and laughed at your “airport” story. Un peu “nerveuse” au départ, madame? So how was Frankfurt??
I eagerly await the next update. Continue on your journey w/ all of us at your side.

This is going to be amazing. I’ll print up the blog and give it to Dorothy. She’ll love it. God bless you and Elizabeth.
